The church administration, popularly called the Church Office, is the fulcrum around which all events and activities of the church revolve. It has as its head the Administrative Secretary who is responsible for all administrative functions and supported by an Assistant Administrative Secretary who takes care of the financial administration of the church. There are also 2 Secretaries, an Accountant, a General Services Officer, Stores Officer and a Services Assistant responsible for other aspects of church administration. The general staff of the church includes three Ministers from the three Participating churches, namely, Presbyterian, Methodist and Anglican and the Music Director. The Church Administration is primarily responsible for implementing decisions taken at the Church Council and overseeing the day-to-day running of the churches at the Ridge, Manet and Tudu. The auxiliary staff is made up of security personnel, cleaners and gardeners whose duty it is to secure the church grounds and maintain the church grounds.
